30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please reach out to us at info@versaafit.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we won’t be able to accept them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away — we’ll evaluate the issue and fix it ASAP.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (like food or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as open beauty or skincare products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The quickest way is to return the product you have, and place a new order for what you want once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, no explanation needed.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your money, please contact us at info@versaafit.com.
